Who We Are
Hildy Homes is a residential new home contractor that specializes in offering a variety of new construction home options in several markets and subdivisions throughout eastern Nebraska. With Hildy Homes you will always have plenty of new construction spec homes ready for immediate closing and occupancy.
Our office is located in Gretna, which allows us to build homes in several communities including Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, Papillion, and Bennington. Company owners, twins Ryan and Bryan Hilderbrand, have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Before starting Hildy Homes, they each earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
